LEADERS IN
CLIMATE ACTION
Roots restores ecosystems through biodiverse reforestation—sequestering carbon, protecting wildlife habitat, and building long-term climate resilience.
The Climate Crisis
Needs Nature
Carbon emissions are at an all-time high. Ecosystems are vanishing. Extreme weather is becoming more common, biodiversity is disappearing, and growing seasons are shifting in ways we can’t predict. We know what’s driving climate change—and we know what we can do to help stop it.
At Roots, we take bold climate action by restoring degraded land and planting forests that work like nature intended.

Forests Designed for Climate Impact
Our forests aren’t just planted—they’re designed. We use native species that restore soil health, sequester carbon, and withstand climate extremes better than monoculture forests.
Each project site is different, so every planting plan is custom. We give the land exactly what it needs to thrive. Trees, grasses, and water features that build rich, resilient ecosystems.

Our Project at Canard Brake
Our Blueprint
for Restoration
Our recent project, Canard Brake, Roots reforested 1,000 acres of degraded farmland—planting 310,000 native trees. The site will capture and store 160,000+ metric tons of carbon and support the return of species like the Louisiana black bear and wood duck. The impact of each reforestation project is visible and measurable.

Be Part of the CLIMATE Solution
Climate action is a collective effort. We work with individuals, businesses, and communities to restore ecosystems. Whether you donate, collaborate, or help fund a local project, your support reforests, restores, and promotes long-term resilience.
